Located in Dusseldorf, Germany, the world’s largest trade forum known as A+A, will display the latest in personal protection, operational safety and health at work. Amongst the 67,000 specialist visitors from around the globe will be Workwear Group’s iconic Australian brand, Hard Yakka.
Over the 4 days (5th-8th November 2019) the Hard Yakka team will be demonstrating the strength behind the brand with a collection of apparel and footwear, including the popular “Legends” Industrial Range (featuring reinforced tough workwear with functionality) and the Hybrid Safety Boot “ATOMIC”, both showcasing innovation and a focus on the future of workwear.
Established in the 1930’s during the great depression, Yakka (Aboriginal for “work”) was established by David K Laidlaw in his family home in Brunswick, Victoria. With a focus firmly on producing workwear, it didn’t take long for the brand to become synonymous with quality, toughness and durability.
Hard Yakka as we know it today, continues to grow and innovate, leading the way in this segment as one of the largest clothing suppliers in the Southern Hemisphere. With our trip to Europe, we believe that the Hard Yakka brand will inspire “Aussie legends” worldwide.
Hard Yakka will be stationed at Hall 11/D18 – Please drop in and say G’day!
