Flexi work

Flexibility

Flexibility is valued and supported at Workwear Group

Work-life blend doesn’t mean that everything is happening at the same time, all the time. It’s about finding a way to fit together the important pieces. Flexibility is valued and supported at Workwear Group. We have 3 approaches to the workplace, depending on your role: on site, blended or remote.

The majority of our team members work in a blended approach, working a reasonably even split between one of our offices and remotely. We know that flexibility looks different to everyone — we will genuinely consider a request that works for you.
