Now in its 11th edition, the Ethical Fashion Report is an independent assessment of companies’ efforts to protect workers’ rights and manage environmental impacts across global supply chains. The 2026 report assessed 138 companies representing over 500 brands, evaluating performance across five key areas: policies and governance, tracing and risk, supplier relationships and human rights monitoring, worker empowerment, and environmental sustainability.

Workwear Group achieved a score of 61.9, compared with an industry-wide average of 31.5. We also recorded the second-largest improvement in score between 2024 and 2026, increasing by 12.8 points.

At Workwear Group, we recognise the importance of strong ethical compliance and responsible sourcing practices. We are committed to working with our supply partners, maintaining clear expectations and continually strengthening the way we identify and manage risks throughout our supply chain.

This recognition reflects the collective efforts of our people and supply partners, and the progress we have made in strengthening our practices.

While there is always more work to be done, this result is an encouraging acknowledgement of our progress and reinforces our commitment to building a more responsible and transparent supply chain.
